- •undergoing rigid bronchoscopy either as a routine or emergency procedure

- •Any congenital skeletal deformities
- •Cardiovascular disorders.
- •Bleeding or coagulation diathesis.
- •History of known sensitivity to the used anesthetics.
- •Parental refusal of consent.
