- •2.Adults 18-65 yr
- •3.Undergoing unilateral total hip arthroplasty through posterior approach
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal
- •2.Known neuropathy
- •3.Pregnancy
- •4.Infection at the puncture site
- •5.Chronic analgesic intake
- •6.Altered coagulation parameters
- •7.Inability to communicate
- •8.Redo arthroplasty
- •9.Morbid obesity(BMI greater than or equal to 40)
