•1.Patients having confirm diagnosis of renal failure due to varied etiology for last 6-
•month duration
•2.Patient has past history of overuse of NSIADs
•3.Patients with GFR level <60 ml/min & persistent (present for >3 months)
•4.Patients have creatinine value >1.5 mg/dl

•1.Patients having age <18 yrs & >60 yrs
•3.Diabetic nephropathy
•4.Patient of hepato-renal insufficiency or renal insufficiency due to hemodynamic circulatory disorder and CCF
•5.History of kidney transplant
•6.Serious acute organic disease
•7.Neoplasm of kidney
•8.Female patient having risky pregnancy
•9.Uncontrolled arrhythmia or severe cardiac disease
•10.(In Basti group patients) Anal pathology like big piles, Fistula, Fissure
•11.Associated with any other serious systemic disease or complications, which leads to fatal
•complications will be excluded
