入选标准
- •1. Age >50 years with knee osteoarthritis including the following criteria:
- •- pain score >=4 from osteoarthritis
- •- malalignment of knee
- •- plain film of the knee showed stage 3 or 4 of knee osteoarthritis
- •- not proceed to surgery within 1 year
- •2. Failed conservative treatment over 2 months (quadricep exercise, weight control, life style modification, analgesic medications)
排除标准
- •1. Coagulopathy or bleeding disorder, systemic infection, infection around knee
- •2. Currently receiving the treatment of intraarticular visco-supplement injection
- •3. Connective tissue disease that involved skin around knee joints
- •4. On pacemaker
- •5. Unknown history of previous treatment
- •6. Uncontrolled psychiatric diseases (schizhrophrenia, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder)
- •7. Negative diagnostic block
