- •2. Diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome by ROME III or IV criteria
- •3. Able to use the internet and LINE application
排除标准
- •1. Already on a low FODMAPs diet (number of High FODMAPs items < 7 items per week)
- •2. Unable to use LINE application.
- •3. Comorbidities: Food allergy, pregnancy, lactation, unstable medical conditions.
