入选标准
- •A written consent for participation in the study.
- •Patients having moderate to severe acne vulgaris.
排除标准
- •Age less than 15 years.
- •Patients having mild facial acne vulgaris, papulopustular rosacea.
- •Married female, pregnant women and women who intend to became pregnant during the course of treatment, lactating mothers.
- •History of macrolide sensitization, having polycystic ovary.
- •Presence of renal and hepatic derangement, pre-existing hyperlipidemia, past history of photosensitivity, allergic reaction to the prescribed drugs.
- •Presence of systemic disease.
- •Drug induced acneiform eruptions
