- •A total of 80 white-collar workers who are working at a business site in Seoul (approximately 300 employees) who understand the purpose of this study and agree to voluntarily participate
- •-Those who have no difficulty reading and answering the questionnaire
- •- Anyone who has no restrictions on the use of applications for health monitoring, health counseling, and education
- •-Those who do not have physical restrictions on participation in group exercise
