- •female patient age more than 18 years old, TSH level more than 5 mIU/l, free T4 and free T3 concentrations within the normal range
排除标准
- •DM, Other endocrine diseases
- •Drugs example(Insulin sensitizers, Contraceptive pills, Corticosteroid).
- •Sever co morbid diseases.as renal. liver and heart failure
- •Patient aready on thyroxine treatment
- •Patient with chronic HCV
