入选标准
- •1)ASA I and II
- •2)Age 18-50 yrs, either sex
- •3)Elective anorectal surgeries (fistulectomy, fissurectomy,haemorrhoidectomy, lateral internal sphincterotomy, perianal sinus, perianal abscess incision and drainage)
排除标准
- •1) ASA >II
- •2)Diabetic and hypertensive patients
- •3) Patients previously on alpha agonists,steroids, antidepressants.
- •4) Contra indication for regional techniques
- •5) Patient refusal
- •6) Patients with history of drug allergies
