one of the most common ano rectal condition is hemorrhoids hemorrhoidsis also called piles are vasular structures in the anal canal, they become a disease when swollen or inflamed,
madhughrita pratisaran- madhughrita pratisaran is considered as best for raktaresha,
calcium dobisialte- it is combimation of calcium dobisilate 0.25% + hydrocortisone 0.25%+ lignocaine 3%+ zinc oxide 5%
it is used for local application, it it local anesthetic, anti inflammatory and venous decongestant and improves vinous tone
in my study i am going to study and compare the effect of madhughrita pratisaran with calcium dobisilate in the management of raktarsha

- •Age 20 yrs to 50 yrs Both male and female 1st 2nd 3rd degree hemorrhoides Bleeding piles.
排除标准
- •Prolapsed of the rectum Perianal abscess Rectal polyp K/c/o fistula in ano K/c/o Crohns disease K/c/o Diverticulitis K/c/o Malignancy K/c/o Hypertension K/c/o Bleeding disorders Hn less than 7gm%.
