- •- Post cardiac arrest patients with successful return of spontaneous circulation
- •- unconsciousness (Glasgow Coma Scores < 8)

- •- No informed consent from next of kins
- •- Palliative care patients
- •- Unconscious patients or vegetative patients before cardiac arrest
- •- Need thiamine treatments by physician
