- •-Confirmed diagnosis of ATTR-CM (transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy)
- •-Chronic heart failure with NYHA IV classification
- •-Participants that are not able to sign the informed consent by themselves.
- •-Participants who are employees of Pfizer or the study site and their family members.
