- •Patients who will undergo elective split thickness skin grafting for reconstruction of various defects of lower limb, in whom thigh will be used as SSG donor site
排除标准
- •Patient refusal, Age <16 years, Coagulopathy, ASA Grade III & IV, History of allergy, Local infection at the site of block, Pregnant women, Immunocompromised patients,Apprehensive/ Psychiatric patients.
