入选标准
- •1.Patients of age 60 years and above
- •2.Patients with stage I and stage II hypertension with or without comorbidities like Diabetes Mellitus,chronic Ischemic Heart Disease,dyslipidemias,chronic rheumatism and any other chronic conditions not included under the exclusion criteria.
- •3.Able to manage taking medications.
- •4.Able to read, write, and converse in English/Kannada.
- •5.Patients willing to come for follow up
排除标准
- •1.Patients with renal failure,acute Stroke,acute Ischemic Heart
- •Disease,major psychiatric disorders,severe dementia or delirium.
- •2.Patients with baseline systolic BP 180mmHg and diastolic BP 110mmHg
