- •ASA class 1 & 2 patients undergoing elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery (duration 30min to 2 hours).
排除标准
- •i.Any pathology of the neck, upper respiratory tract or upper alimentary tract.
- •ii.Predicted difficult airway.
- •iii.A body mass index >35 kg/m2.
- •iv.Patients with history of obstructive sleep apnoea.
- •v.History of lung diseases.
- •vi.Potentially full stomach patients or history of oesophageal reflux.
