入选标准
- •Patient age 20-80 years old
- •Diagnosis of cervical spondylosis with chronic radicular pain
- •MRI of cervical spine is compatible with the clinical pain symptom
- •Failed conservative treatment for at least 3 months and pain score (NRS) equal or more than 4/10
排除标准
- •Has indication for surgery such as significant weakness of upper extremities
- •allergy to medication injectate or used in the study
- •Has infection around area of intervention
- •Chronic neck pain due to cancer
- •History cardiac pacemaker/AICD or spinal cord stimulator implantion
- •Unstable medical condition
