Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients aged 18\-65 yr with American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status I\-III undergoing elective, single\- or two\-level Anterior cervical discoectoy and fusion.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The patients with a history of allergy to local anaesthetics, pregnancy, and patients with known psychiatric or neurological conditions unable to complete QoR\-15 questionnaire
