Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged between 18 to 60 years, of either gender, belonging to ASA I
- •and II\[no other prevailing illness or illness which are under control with medication, posted for hand
- •or forearm surgery, that can be done using upper limb block, not requiring motor block will be enrolled for the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who need general anaesthesia, who need motor blockade, who are
- •not willing to be awake during surgery, with known allergy to the anesthetic
- •drug ropivacaine known difficult airway and who are
- •more than ASA II physical status will be excluded.
