Inclusion Criteria

•ASA Grade 1 \& 2 undergoing surgery of upper limb.

Exclusion Criteria

•1\.Patients refusal/ Uncooperative patients
•2\.Patients having diabetes, hypertension,
•neuropathy, peripheral nerve injury.
•3\.Pregnant and lactating patients.
•4\.Patients on anticoagulants or bleeding disorders.
•5\.Patients with history of hypersensitivity to amide group of local anaesthetic agents.
