Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Elective upper limb surgeries (from mid humerus to fore arm, hand )

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient refusal for procedure
  • •Any bleeding disorder or patient on anticoagulants
  • •Neurological deficits involving brachial plexus
  • •Patient with allergy to local anaesthetics
  • •Local infection at the injection site
  • •Patients on any sedatives or antipsychotics
  • •Patient with several renal,hepatic,respiratory and cardiac disease
  • •Pregnant patients
