- •1.Age>18 years
- •2.Heart failure patient who met criteria by definition diagnosed over 3 months
- •3.No previous hospitalization or ER visit for heart failure within 1 month
- •4.Agree to participate and give consent
排除标准
- •1.Documented active pulmonary disease such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, asthma, and PFT-proven COPD
- •2.Contraindication for PFT including recent myocardial infarction, recent thoracic or abdominal surgery, untreated pneumothorax, and hemoptysis
