- •Diagnosis of RA according to the ACR/EULAR 2010 criteria (Aletaha et al. 2010)
- •- Duration of disease less than three years
- •- Active disease: DAS 28 (ESR) > 4 and = 3 swollen joints (40 joints considered)
- •- Sufficient compliance with medication and attendance at examination appointments expected according to the physician's assessment
- •- Legal capacity
- •- Sufficient knowledge of German (for independent completion of the questionnaires)
- •- Written consent to participate in the study
排除标准
- •- Known hepatitis B or C infection
- •- Creatinine clearance< 30 ml/minute
- •- clinically relevant haematological disease
- •- uncontrollable diabetes mellitus
- •- uncontrollable arterial hypertension
- •- relevant immunodeficiency incl. HIV infection
- •- clinically significant pulmonary fibrosis
- •- history of malignant melanoma
- •- uncontrollable intraocular hypertension
- •- no sufficient compliance
