入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients aged 36–65 years with symptomatic and radiographically verified knee OA
- •Uni-lateral knee OA with Kellgren-Lawrence grade of 1 & 2.
- •Patients who can read and understand Tamil and English language
排除标准
- •1.Patients with inflammatory joint disorders
- •2.Previous anterior cruciate ligament injury, or known injury to the menisci
- •3.Patients with hip symptoms more severe than the knee symptoms (verified by clinical examination)
- •4.Patients waiting for knee replacement expected to be operated on within 6 months.
- •5.Patients with co-morbidities not allowing exercises
- •6.Morbidly obese patients
