- Female
入选标准
- •Primiparous women; over 18 years old; single-fetus pregnancy, a pregnant woman with usual risk pregnancy and who has not performed any preparation intervention for the pelvic floor muscles.
排除标准
- •Pregnant women who have clinical and / or obstetric complications; with previous pelvic or vaginal surgery; presence of pelvic organ prolapses that extend beyond the vaginal introite; those with intolerance to vaginal palpation, inability to perform contraction of the pelvic floor muscles; acute or chronic vaginal infections; women with difficulty in understanding the proposed procedures; with motor / neurological deficit of the lower limbs and those who have already used prenatal methods of pelvic floor preparation.
