入选标准
- •Isolated unilateral intracapsular femoral neck fractures (AO type 31-B)
- •Patients aged 16-60 years
- •Patients consenting for the study.
排除标准
- •Open fractures
- •Associated Ipsilateral femoral shaft / Distal femur fracture
- •Patients with history of material sensitivity
- •Patients with sepsis
- •Patients with history of malignant primary or metastatic tumors
- •Any other history of surgery in the same femur or any history of not mobilising with a normal gait prior to injury
