- •Degenerative thoracolumbar spine who need decompressive surgery
- •patient age from 25-80 years
- •surgical laminectomy level 2-8 levels
排除标准
- •hematologic or CVD who cant hold/stop antiplatelet or anicoagulant in time
- •Spinal tumor
- •Infectious spondylitis
- •an inflamatory pathology ethiology such as Rheumatoid, ankylosing spondylitis
- •Bleeding tendency
- •ESRD(end stage renal disease)
- •Revision of spine surgery
- •ASA classification >=4
