- •1) PATIENT REFUSAL
- •2) PATIENT WITH ASA GRADE III AND IV
- •3) LOCAL SKIN INFECTIONS( LATERAL ABDOMINAL WALL)
- •4) SIGNIFICANT CARDIAC DISEASE
- •5) SUSPECTED COAGULOPATHIES OR BLEEDING DISORDERS
- •6) ALLERGY TO LOCAL ANAESTHETICS AND STUDY DRUG
