入选标准
- •1. Diagnosis of COPD
- •2. Age 40 years or older
- •3. Smoking history more than 10 pack-years
排除标准
- •1. History of COPD exacerbation in the past 3 months
- •2. Other chronic respiratory diseases such as interstitial pulmonary fibrosis or bronchiectasis
- •3. Inability to perform spirometry
- •4. Inability to perform stool examination and complete blood count
- •5. Inability to walk
- •6. Diagnosis of asthma-COPD overlap
- •7. Undergoing tracheostomy tube
- •8. Use of mechanical ventilation
- •9. Treatment with systemic corticosteroid in the past 6 weeks.
