入选标准
- •inclusion criterias:
- •patients with age 18 to 60 years old; patients under the lower limb orthopedic surgeries; patients with ASA class 1 or 2; patients satisfaction
- •exclusion criterias:allergy to dexamethasone or other corticostroides; addiction to opioeds or alchol and any drug abuse; affiction to peptic ulcer disease, renal or adrenal desease , osteopenia , osteoprosis; uncontroled HTN; ASA class > 2; pregnancy or breast feeding; corton therapy; NSAID therapy; Patients with platelet disorders
