- •Coronary artery bypass
- •Congestive heart failure,
- •Inflammatory bowel disease
- •Pancreatitis
- •Renal disease
- •Chronic alcohol usage (> 2 drinks/day).
- •Eating disorders
- •Expending > 4000 kcal/week through exercise
