入选标准
- •1.Adult patients (18 years or older) posted for Elective Open or Laparoscopic or Robotic Surgeries.
- •2.ASA 1-3 patients
- •3.Patients posted for gastro-intestinal cancer surgeries (Colo-rectal surgeries, small-bowel surgeries, gastrectomy; pancreatic surgery including Pancreatoduodenectomy, Pylorus-preserving Pancreatoduodenectomy (PPPD or Whipples Procedure), distal pancreatico-splenectomy, Radical antegrade modular pancreatosplenectomy (RAMPS), Appleby procedures; Radical or Revision Cholecystectomy, Gastro-Intestinal Stromal Tumor (GIST) excision, Retroperitoneal sarcoma excision)
排除标准
- •1.Patients posted for liver resections
- •2.Patients posted for Cytoreductive Surgery with or without Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (CRS±HIPEC).
- •3.Expected Blood Loss equal to or more than 35 ml/kg body weight (half of total blood volume)
