- •4.Good cochlear reserve

- •1.Active mucosal disease
- •2.Atticoantral disease
- •3.Revision ear surgery
- •4.Active nasopharynx or sinus infection
- •5.Extensive tympanosclerosis
- •6.Suspected ossicular involvement
