入选标准
- •1. Patients with alcohol abuse diagnosed according to DSM-5 criteria
- •2. Patients with depression diagnosed according to DSM-5 criteria
- •3.Patients with comorbid alcohol abuse and depression diagnosed according to DSM-5 criteria
- •4. Healthy controls as confirmed by SCID Interview
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria include psychiatric Axis I disorders (as measured by the SCID I interview) except for patients alcohol and nicotine abuse and depressive symptoms, neurological disorders, MRI specific criteria (pace maker or implanted metal), positive drug screening, at least 3 days without psychoactive medication before the first measurement, pregnancy and suicidal tendencies.
