入选标准
- •USG suggestive of 1st trimester scar
- •ectopic pregnancy less than 10 weeks hemodynamically stable
- •history of at least one previous caesarean
- •gestational sac less than 2.5 cm myometrium thickness less than 2 mm between pregnancy and bladder
- •ultrasound TVS 5 to 12 MHz confirmation of CSP.
排除标准
- •Hemodynamically unstable patients requiring immediate surgery, patient having
- •medical surgical disease, patient unfit to receive methotrexate, patients unwilling to participate in
