简要总结
This proposal outlines a randomized controlled trial investigating the acute effects of three hamstring stretching methods static, dynamic, and ballistic on flexibility, strength, power, and agility in male soccer players aged 18–30, with and without hamstring shortness. A total of 120 participants will be divided into two groups and tested at professional clubs in Iran, with each stretching protocol performed under supervision and evaluated using standardized tests such as sit-and-reach, dynamometry, sprint, and agility assessments. Data will be analyzed using traditional machine learning models (k-NN, decision trees, SVM, logistic regression, and neural networks) to predict the effectiveness of each method. The study aims to provide evidence-based insights into how different stretching protocols influence modifiable risk factors for hamstring strain injuries, supporting the development of targeted injury-prevention strategies for soccer players.
