入选标准
- •Individuals of both sexes (target sample = 36 subjects); aged 50 years or older; not participating in regular exercise programs in the last month; not participating in active videogames in the last 12 months; people without visual and hearing impairment, which may hinder the identification of colours, images and sounds.
排除标准
- •Diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease; Parkinson's disease; disabling neurological diseases; psychiatric comorbidities; neurodegenerative diseases; severe cardiovascular or metabolic disease; orthopedic injury that makes it difficult or impossible to carry out the proposed activities.
