- •Après approbation par le comité d’éthique de l’institution et consentement éclai-ré, cent patients, âgés de 18 à 75 ans, devant bénéficier d’une chirurgie d’un membre inférieur, seront inclus dans cette étude. Tous les patients appartiennent aux classes 1 à 3 de l’American Society of Anesthesiologists, et aucun d’entre eux ne présentent de contre-indication à la technique et aux produits utilisés

- •syndrome infectieux vertébro-méningé, traumatisme vertébral lombaire, poly-traumatisme rendant l’installation en décubitus latéral impossible, anomalies de la coagulation, refus de la technique, allergie aux anesthésiques locaux et mor-phiniques, sepsis et neuropathie
