入排标准

入选标准

  • Subjects voluntarily wiling to participate and sign the written informed consent.
  • A. Positive apprehension test.
  • B. Patello-femoral joint crepitus elicited on palpation when the knee is flexed from extension.
  • C. Retro-patellar aching pain after activities such as climbing and descending more than 10 stairs, hopping, running, squatting, and prolonged sitting.
  • D.Patella facet sensitivity on palpation.
  • E. Retro patellar pain for a minimum of ten days but not longer than forty eight months.
  • F. Distal thigh girth of the uninvolved leg should be more than one point six three five cms, than the involved thigh.

排除标准

  • Symptoms present for less than 1 month.
  • A. Self-reported other knee pathology, such as cartilage injury or ligamentous or meniscal tear.
  • B. A history of knee surgery within the last year.
  • C. A self- reported history of patellar dislocation or subluxation in the last six months.
  • D. Any other concurrent significant injury or trauma affecting the lower extremity.
  • E. Patellar tendinitis or bursitis in last six months.
  • F. Knee pain or joint effusion due to Rheumatic diseases.
