入选标准
- •Parturient with a single pregnancy after the 37th week of gestation
- •Planned vaginal delivery with a cervical dilation of at least 2 cm
- •cephalic presentation
- •Normal cardiotocogram
- •EDA group: EDA requested by the parturient
- •ASA physical status 2
排除标准
- •parturients under 18 years of age
- •refusal to participate in this study
- •multiple pregnancy
- •- anamnestic hypotensive episodes,
- •- hypertensive or metabolic disorders of pregnancy
- •- intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR)
- •- cephalopelvic disproportion
- •- coagulopathy, thrombocytopaenia, or other contraindications for EDA.
