•1.Patient presenting with the classical signs and symptoms of Avabahuka i.e Amsa shoola ,amsa sandhi graha ,amsa sandhi kriyalpata
•2.Patients of either sex,caste, religions, economical status and age between 30 to 60 years

•1 Pregnant and lactating mothers.
•2 Patient suffering from major trauma having dislocation, Rotator cuff injury or fracture.
•3 Patient suffering from any major systemic disorders like, Hypertension, Ischemic Heart
•disease, Gout, rheumatoid arthritis, pulmonary disorder.
•4 Those patients who need other emergency interventions like surgery and other means
•are excluded.
•5 History of surgery at shoulder joint, clavicle and vertebral column.
•6 K/C/O HIV, HBsAg, tuberculosis of bone.
•7 Patient with Malignancy and Immuno-compromised disorders.
•8 Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus.
