- •Ruptured anterior cerebral circulation aneurysm with subarachnoid haemorrhage
- •World Federation of Neurological Surgeons Grade 1 or 2
- •Posted for Clipping or Coiling of ruptured aneurysm
- •Presentation within 3 days of ictus
- •Consent for participation in the study
排除标准
- •Upper limb pathology, such as cellulitis, ulcers, or peripheral vascular disease
- •Posterior circulation aneurysm
- •World Federation of Neurological Surgeons Grade \=3
- •Presentation to hospital beyond 3 days of ictus
- •Refusal of consent
- •Unruptured aneurysm
