入选标准
- •1.Patients diagnosed with non-metastatic HCC
- •2.Aged 18 to 75 years
- •3.ASA physical status I-III
- •4.Scheduled for elective major hepatic resection
排除标准
- •1. Unsuccessful epidural catheter insertion for pain control
- •2. Patients refusal
- •3. Diagnosed with recurrent HCC before the research participation
- •4. Known allergy to medications used in the research protocol
- •5. Severe systemic diseases such as cardiovascular, respiratory, or endocrine system conditions
- •6. Frequent users of anxiolytics and opioids
- •7. Addiction to alcohol or drug abuse
- •8. Psychiatric conditions
- •9. Immunocompromised or receive immunosuppressive drugs within 6 months
- •10. Diagnosed with or family history of malignant hyperthermia.
