- •Adult patients > 18years
- •Hospital admission
- •Respiratory failure as defined by at least one of
- •-SpO2* < 90 % without oxygen or
- •-Need for oxygen supplementation*
排除标准
- •Long term oxygen therapy (LTOT)
- •SpO2* > 96 % with oxygen therapy
- •Invasive mechanical ventilation
- •Lack of informed consent
