- •Age 18-25 years BMI less than or equal to 25 Those who are willing to participate.
排除标准
- •Subjects already participate in yoga, gym activities and physical fitness training.
- •Any severe orthopeadic conditions like fracture.
- •Any comorbidities like hypertension, diabetes.
