简要总结
This researchstarted with theaim and objectiveto find the individual and comparative effect of both therapies i.e.Agnikarma and Siravedha. In this study total 30 patients registered werenon-randomly divided in two groups.15 patients in group A and 15 patients in Group B were registered. All 15patients in group A and 15 Patients in Group B completed the treatment and follow up.
In Group A, Agnikarma was done with Panchdhatu**Shalaka at Antrakandra Gulpha Sthana (Lumbo Sacral Spine as well as Ankle region). Total four sitting of procedure Agnikarma were done with a gap of 7 days interval.
In Group B, Siravedha was done at 4 Angulas above or below Janu Sandhiby scalpel vein set. Totaltwo sittingof procedureSiravedha were done with a gap of 15 days interval.
Patients were observedfor relief insign and symptoms like radiating pain, Stambha, Suptata, Spandana, Gaurava etc.at weekly intervalup to 4 weeks. The follow up was done up to one month after treatment in both groups.
Finally study concluded that bothpara-surgical modalities have definite role in treating sciatica but Agnikarmahas shown betterresult incomparison of Siravedha in the management of Gridhrasi (Sciatica).

- •Diagnosed case of Sciatica Patients of Sciatica having SLR 30-70 degree Positive Lasegue sign.
排除标准
- •Age less then 30 and more than 70 years Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and Hypertension Uncontrolled TB of spine & hip joint Malignancy Avascular necrosis Pregnancy Anaemia Heart disease Fracture related to spine Pitta dominant prakriti patients.
