- •(a) Fulfillment of diagnostic criteria (Chuh 2003).
- •(b) Informed consent given by the patient
- •(c) Weight 40 kg or more
排除标准
- •(a) Pregnancy
- •(b) Lactation
- •(c) Inability to come for weekly follow up visits
- •(d) Any treatment in past one week
- •(e) Any other illness as revealed by history
- •(f) History of renal disease
- •(g) History of drug reaction to acyclovir
