•Using gadgets more than 3 hours a day
•If any 3 of the following symptoms of Text neck syndrome are present,the participants will be included for the study.
•sharp or nagging pain in neck,upper back and/or shoulder
•stiffness in the neck
•Reduced mobility
•Intermittent or constant headache
•Forward neck posture and rounded shoulders
•Less than 50 percent of NDI score
•Upto grade 6 of VAS

•H/o trauma in the neck
•H/o surgery in the neck
•H/o spinal deformities [scoliosis,kyphosis]
•H/o Tuberculosis and other infections in the spine[abscess,meningitis,vertebral osteomyelitis]
•Pregnant women
•H/o cardiac disorders
•Any other serious systemic illness
