入选标准
- •1. age 20-80
- •2. elective one side lung surgery under general anesthesia and thoracic paravertebral block
- •3. elective one side nephrectomy
- •4. American society of anesthesiologist (ASA) class 1 ~ 3
- •5. 18.5 kg/m2 < BMI <35 kg/m2
- •6. lateral position during surgery
排除标准
- •1. known allergy to local anesthetic
- •2. known wound infection or significant inflammation in the surgical site
- •3. non-minor pleural adhesion
- •4. pregnancy
- •5. previous intra-thoracic surgery
- •6. limited monitoring of pulse oximeter in both hands (2nd or 3rd finger)
- •7. known pathophysiology that can manifest abnormal perfusion index in upper extremity (e.g. arteriovenous fistula)
