- •Primi parturients with a singleton pregnancy, term (37weeks to 41 weeks+6days) gestation, cephalic presentation in the active first stage of labor willing for epidural analgesia
- •Age 18- 35 years
- •Height >145 cm
排除标准
- •ï??Patients who are not consenting to the study
- •ï??Any contraindication to vaginal delivery
- •ï??Non-reassuring N.S.T.
- •ï??Cephalopelvic disproportion
- •ï??Coagulopathies
- •ï??Prior history of depression or anxiety
