入选标准
- •Pain present in the cervical region radiating to the back of the head, top of the shoulders, shoulder blades, upper arms and hands.
- •Neck stiffness and Difficulty in flexion, extension and lateral rotation of neck, Numbness and paraesthesia of neck or shoulders or upper limbs,
- •Neck Disability Index score should be equal or greater than 40%,
- •Shoulder abduction pain relief sign – positive
- •Lhermitte’s sign and Spurling’s sign – positive
- •Chin chest test - positive
排除标准
- •Known case of
- •Traumatic injury
- •Tuberculosis of bone
- •Extra cervical rib
- •Pyogenic bone infection
- •Vertebral fracture
- •Tumour in vertebral body
- •Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
